I’m not a romantic guy. But when the hints you kept throwing were no longer subtle, I knew Valentines Day meant something to you. And since you mean something–everything– to me, I decided I could be that love-struck pussy I swore I wouldn’t become, for one day.
So Im gonna write this damn poem you want for you, My Love. For the one girl who owns my heart, captivates my mind, consumes my desires and is the greatest fucking thing I’ve ever had in my life.
If love was a book,
You’d be the words–
The greatest fucking story
I’ve ever heard.
If beauty was a movie,
You’d be the star.
Why the hell you want a poem
When you could’ve had a car?
