What?!!?  Three Years!  No way…I can’t believe it!  #Shocked  2015-2016 passed by too fast and if anything this past year has made me even more thankful that I have this blog and the support from all of you wonderful lovely people!

I have been trying to write a blog post since the beginning of this year to kind of explain/excuse my lack of blogging.  After my 2 year Blogiversary last July/August life got…insane for me.  Not that it wasn’t already pretty crazy but it was very overwhelming.  Too overwhelming obviously because I couldn’t keep up.  Mentally and physically I couldn’t do everything I needed and wanted to, so I had to cut back on blogging.  Every day I would tell myself that I would do better, have more time, get back to my passion – sadly it never happened.  I apologize for my absence but I am trying – if real life would calm down already, that would be a huge help! #sarcasm  😉  Either way I want you all to know I appreciate your patience and understanding while I’ve had to cut back.

I feel like a broken record because I’ve said this so many times but I started blogging to share my love of books.  I cannot even tell you the feels I get from being able to share this passion with all of you – it’s indescribable.  I’ve had some once in a life time experiences…met so many other passionate book lovers like myself…had countless instances where I’ve had to pinch myself because I cannot believe that all of this is in my life because of books – that’s just freaking awesome!  But without all of you, I wouldn’t be here – and my Blogiversary giveaways have always been my way of trying to give back and thank all of your for the countless ways you support me.  I love giving back and spreading book love to fellow book lovers and I’m SUPER excited about all the stuff I’m giving away this year!
