It could be that he is messing with Will, because I seriously doubt it’s an MM romance. Will is in love with the nerdy girl, Emery, who built/designed the gazebo and he beat up her cop brother with Kai -that’s the video that put them in prison – because he was abusing her. I doubt that it’s to Rika because Damon was always loyal to the horsemen and I don’t think he’d do Michael like that.
Bottom line, Winter is my guess. It just makes sense that Winter is his girl, although since this is Damon, he could be writing the note to screw with Will/Rika.
Guess we won’t know until Kill Switch for certain though 😉

I kinda hope that it’s for Winter… but why would he write her a note if she’s blind (dah !!) she would’nt be able to read it ?
Probably Will then… Or Rika… he did tell her something in the ear at the end of Hideaway…
