Olivia Kaspen is a sharp tongued manipulator used to always getting what she wants. With just one exception-Caleb Drake, the one she foolishly let slip away. Dear Opportunist,

You thought you could take him from me, but you lost. Now, that he’s mine I’ll do anything to keep him. Do you doubt me? I have everything that was supposed to be yours. In case you were wondering; he doesn’t ever think about you anymore. I won’t let him go….ever.

Dirty Red

Leah Smith finally has everything she has ever wanted. Except she doesn’t. Her marriage feels more like a loan than a lifelong commitment, and the image she has worked so hard to build is fraying before her eyes. With a new role and a past full of secrets, Leah must decide how far she is willing to go to keep what she has stolen.

Author: Tarryn Fisher
Genre: Contemporary Romance
synopsis 2 new

Note to Self

Love is patient; love is kind.
Love doesn’t boast or brag.
There’s no arrogance in love;
it’s never rude, crude, or indecent-it’s not self absorbed.
Love isn’t easily upset.
Love doesn’t tally wrongs.
Love trusts, hopes, and endures no matter what.
Love will never become obsolete.
I’ll fight for her.

Thief

Caleb Drake never got over his first love. Not when he got married. Not when she got married. When life suddenly comes full circle Caleb must decide how far he is willing to go to get the aloof and alluring Olivia Kaspen back. But for every action in life there is a consequence, and soon Caleb finds out that sometimes love comes at an unbearably high price.

  1. I think it was Come Away With Me (With Me In Seattle series) by Kristen Proby. From that book on, I was a goner for indie books and never stopped!

  2. I am not sure of the title but I think it was by Abbi Glines. I would absolutely love to have physical copies of Tarryn’s books!!

  3. I’m not sure what the first indie book was that I’d read; it might’ve been Fifty Shades of Grey.

  4. Salvation series by Corinne Michaels, then Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover and On Dublin Street by Samantha Young – I think

  5. It was so long ago, I don’t even know. I’m guessing something by Colleen Hoover.

  6. To be honest I can’t be sure, I think it was Alaska or Bust by Rhonda James or A Christina Lee book…They were the first 2 Authors I came across in the book community on Facebook.

  7. It was either the first book in this series or K.A. Linde’s Avoiding Commitment series.

  8. Is Fifty Shades of Grey an indie book? That’s the one that got me reading again

  9. Don’t really know what was first – maybe Lexi Blake’s The Dom Who Loved Me.

  10. I believe the first indie book I read was Stepbrother Dearest by Penelope Ward. And you know…one smirky, jerky cock of his eyebrows and I was hooked. Lol Have been ever since. I thought finding hidden gems was a thing of the past. But the indie bookworld changed all of that. I love indies just much as traditionally published books! ?❤?

  11. I think it was one of Jaci Burton’s Play by Play novels, although I’m not totally sure if it was an indie one…

  12. I’m not positive, but I think it was A Stone In The Sea by AL Jackson.

  13. Stealing Harper. By Molly Mcadams. I read it in the wring order and tweeted her freaking out..lol. Was hooked on indie ever since.
Btw… This TF series is by far one of my favorite series EVER! and a set I’d die to have signed on my shelf. ????

  14. I can’t remember the name but I think it was a series by Jessica Sorensen
