Title: Mutual Release (Stewart Realty Series Book #7)
Author: Liz Crowe
Genre: Contemporary Romance
As president of her own company, Julie Dawson has all she ever wanted — money, power, independence, and respect.
But her carefully crafted façade conceals a history of helplessness. Because she refuses to rely on anyone but herself ever again, she considers herself an expert on remaining emotionally aloof.
Evan Adams is no stranger to success, or personal demons. The horrific trauma that destroyed his twin sister, and tore his family apart forced him to craft a new life from the ashes of the old. He’s intent, focusing ahead, not dwelling on his murky past, but something important is missing. He knows what that thing is but refuses to acknowledge it.
When a chance encounter brings these two strong-willed people together, they begin a long, erotic journey through hell that could lead them to a match made in heaven.
A coming of age novel about two damaged souls learning to trust…on the long road to love.
Disclaimer: This novel contains realistic depictions of sexual, emotional, and physical abuse as well as explicit BDSM situations and settings.

Dear Julie, A.K.A. Valentines Day Hater,
While I respect your loud and repeated requests that we NOT celebrate this particular day in February, you’re going to have to accept something about me relative to it: I am what you might call a hopeless romantic and we WILL be celebrating it. But not the way you might think. I mean, it is the first official time we will be married on the 14th day in February after all so, yeah. Suck it up, buttercup ‘cause you’ve never seen me go Full Romance (or something like it) until right…about…now.
First, you’ll need to open the gift under this note. Then you will have to tell your assistant that you’ll not be in to work tomorrow, or the next day, or the next 10 days for that matter. I know, I know, you don’t “do” impromptu vacations. You’re too busy and important. But here’s the thing, Jules: I agree that you are rather busy and important at your company, but something else is more important and anyways, I already told him you were taking a vacation so you can skip that second thing, no worries.
Once you open the present, you can start packing. Oh, wait, I already took care of that too. The closet in the suite where we will be spending the next week and a half is already chock full of the things you will need. So all you need to do is roll your eyes, but accept that I am in charge of this scene, get in the car and get to the airport.
Oh, wait! There’s a car already waiting for you right about now. It will take you straight to the steps up to the present I bought myself. You just need to settle into a comfy seat, take the preferred champagne, and enjoy the trip.
Right about now I know you’re cursing under your breath but also have a smile on your beautiful face, anticipating what I have in store for you once you arrive at our private resort. The gift, remember? You know where those go, I think. They will definitely help you enjoy the plane ride and ensure that you are good and ready for me when you get there.
Love,
Evan. A.K.A. Country Club. A.K.A. Your Husband, who’s waiting impatiently for you to arrive.
