I WAS READY TO START OVER.
At least that’s what I keep telling myself.
Divorced at 26 and driving to Florida to move back in with my parents.
Until my car breaks down in Smalltown USA.
Not the place meant for a city girl.
Until I meet the cocky asshole that is fixing my car.
I should probably stay away but the pull is too strong.
He was just meant to fix my car but I think he might fix my heart.
Brooks is such a sweetheart…

My Blue,
You told me I should be more romantic and less obnoxious. So I am writing you this letter.
Although I know you love when I’m obnoxious because it usually ends up with your cheeks flushed and our clothes on the floor.
But I’ll try harder to be more romantic because I love you and I would do anything to make you happy.
↑ Look I’m already doing a better job.
Stop rolling your eyes at me. I know you are smiling as you read this, biting on that bottom lip. I wish I was biting on it.
You are off galivanting around Paris now becoming the woman you always dreamed of being. And I wish more than anything I was with you right now. You better be writing down everything you learn at those patisseries so I can try it all when you make it at home.
I bet whatever you learn will taste even better if I get to lick it off you. Remember that time in the kitchen at the B&B. Or that other time you covered yourself in chocolate frosting. I licked every inch of it off you and had you screaming my name until you lost your voice.
But back to the romance.
I love you more than anything Rae. You changed my life. You gave me something I never thought I would ever have.
A purpose.
You are my purpose. Making you happy, making you laugh, making you blush, and scream my name. There is not a day that goes by where I don’t want you more than the day before. Because any day with you, Rae, is better than any day without you. These last two weeks of only seeing you through the phone or texting has been awful. I need to feel you, touch you, hold you.
You are my wife. My world. And hopefully one day soon the mother of our children.
I want everything with you Raelynn.
EVERYTHING.
I love you.
Happy Valentine’s Day.
Love,
B
P.S. I know you wanted me to fly out and see Paris with you. I told you I couldn’t.
I lied.
Now open the door.

Tori Fox loves books. So much so she decided to write one. It didn’t go well. But after genre changes, many rewrites, and lots of editing she finally finished. And now that she is done, she doesn’t plan on stopping anytime soon. Besides writing you can find her curled up on the couch with her dog reading a book or lost in a makeup store purchasing more makeup than is necessary for a human. She is also a fan of hockey and whiskey, especially together. Tori lives with her fiancé in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
