My favorite Christmas memory is waking up super early with my sister and waking up my mom so we can rip open our gifts and watch classic Christmas shows. Also it was the year we got new bedding sets and my mom forgot to wrap my sheets from Santa 🎅 and we laughed about it

Celebrating the 1st Christmas with my special needs son because he was supposed be born on Dec 25 came on the Dec. 11 and we were told after he spent a week in the hospital we got to take him home but was told he probably won’t live long. Now today he is 33 🙂
I had a terrible childhood with no memories that were ever good. The best holiday memory was my first Christmas at my boyfriend’s house. We later married. I knew then that family’s really did all the things I read about.
Christmas Eve parties with my entire family at my (grandpa’s) house when I was a kid.
Favorite holiday memory is when my dad did a huge train display under our Christmas tree as a kid. Played with it for hours with my friends

When I was 8 years old my sister and I woke up with presents as high as our bunk bed, in the center was a DISCO stereo all lit up and flashing.
So many favorite memories.
Making Christmas treats with my dad, decorating with my mom, participating in Christmas programs, opening gifts on Christmas Eve and then playing the new board game Santa brought us each year.
When my mom, my siblings and I all went together and got a trip for the nieces and nephews to Disney World. They were so excited
Visiting my grandparent’s house and exchanging gifts, then having a big dinner afterwards; I miss those days

My younger brother is 11 years younger than me, his second Christmas was magical because he was so excited and joyful. It was so fun to watch his excitement. It brought the magical feeling back.
