I had a nightmare last night. I dreamed that you left me. That we couldn’t work things out. That I was going to have to figure out how to get through the rest of this life without you. I woke up this morning, cold, sick and lost.
But then I saw you. Next to me. Your hair tangled on your pillow, your lovely face so at peace. I leaned in and felt your warmth, wrapped my arms around the body that belongs to me and inhaled your intoxicating scent. My nightmare was nothing but a lie. We are together in this bed and in this life. My beautiful wife, you are mine.
And I will forever be yours.

I was born and raised in Nebraska, but spent my college years traveling the world. I fell in love with Eastern Europe, Paris, Indian Food and the beautiful beaches of Sri Lanka.
