*~*Love Notes: Leo to Alexis – Entangle by Veronica Larsen*~*

Some people rush to fill the holes left by their past, but I stripped my life bare. Right down to the essentials: Me, myself, and I. Now I’m thriving, running a successful company and certain I’ve got everything I want. Until a gorgeous, blue-eyed man walks into my company and introduces me to a level of attraction that is undeniable, inescapable, and utterly consuming. I have two choices, I can either edge around the intense chemistry between us or plunge right through it until there’s nothing left. I’m done playing by the rules, but nothing can prepare me for what’s on the other side.

Alexis,
I wish I could see your face right now, pulling out this card from the middle of this huge freaking bouquet of flowers. You’re probably trying to pretend you’re not embarrassed, trying to act like the whole office doesn’t already know who sent these to you. But no one would dare ask, because in the office, you’re the boss. You call the shots. Have I told you how much that turns me on? You can’t imagine how much I crave you doing the day, knowing the dirty things I get to do to you outside of the office. The way you move, the noises you make.
Tonight…
You’re mine, all over again.
Happy Valentine’s Day, my queen.
Yours,
Leo

Veronica Larsen’s novels are known to feature engaging story-lines, relatable characters, heart-tugging moments, and tangible chemistry that builds throughout the story.
Larsen began writing around the age of seven, scribbling Nancy Drew-like stories between the margins of composition notebooks. Her journey into the romance genre began once upon a long military deployment when she penned a steamy romance for her husband, a US Marine. This story eventually turned into her debut novel Entangle. She fell in love with writing about love and hasn’t looked back since.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which has come in handy in resolving the messy lives of the fictional people in her head.
