*~*Talbott’s Cove Series by Kate Canterbary Paperback Giveaway – My Favorite Things Christmas Giveaway!*~*

Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays!
However you choose to celebrate this time of year, I hope you’re surrounded with joy and love. Since this blog gives me so much joy throughout the year, I thought I would end 2018 with a super awesome giveaway! Every day on the blog Facebook page I will be doing daily flash giveaways of my favorite things – everything from gift cards to Blu-Rays to other random items that I just cannot imagine living without this year. I will also be posting daily giveaways on the blog with signed paperback’s of my favorite books that I’ve read this year. So that’s two chances to win every day from now until Christmas!
I am basically addicted to everything that Kate Canterbary writes but I was so insanely excited about her Talbott’s Cove Series. SO. EXCITED! And I loved literally every word of both Fresh Catch & Hard Pressed…they were simply amazing. The characters stole my heart, the emotions were off the charts and the writing was pure bliss. I will never get over how Kate’s writing makes me feel. I couldn’t have loved these books more if I tried…

Take a vacation, they said. Get away from Silicon Valley’s back-stabbing and power-grabbing. Recharge the innovative batteries. Unwind, then come back stronger than ever.
Instead, I got lost at sea and fell in love with an anti-social lobsterman.
There’s one small issue:
Owen Bartlett doesn’t know who I am. Who I really am.
~~
I don’t like people.
I avoid small talk and socializing, and I kick my companions out of bed before the sun rises.
No strings, no promises, no problems.
Until Cole McClish’s boat drifts into Talbott’s Cove, and I bend all my rules for the sexy sailor.
I don’t know Cole’s story or what he’s running from, but one thing is certain:
I’m not letting him run away from me.Fresh Catch is a standalone novel. A portion of this novel appeared in the 2016 anthology INCOGNITO. The story has been substantially expanded.
Each book in the series can be read as a standalone…but I highly recommend reading both of these books. Just because. Plus, you don’t wanna miss out on this amazingness. And look at those covers! *drooooool*

Dear Jackson,
I’m leaving you this note because I know you’re very busy and I don’t want to waste the town sheriff’s time. Lord knows I’ve already wasted enough of it.Thank you for taking me home last night and…everything else. I made you a basket of wild blueberry muffins for your trouble. That seemed like the appropriate baked good for getting naked in your living room.
I wasn’t myself last night. I didn’t mean to kiss you or fondle your backside or ask all those intimate questions. Thank you for pretending to enjoy it.
It was very noble of you to sleep on the couch while I was starfished on your bed. I couldn’t help but notice it’s quite large. The bed, that is. I swear, I didn’t notice anything else when I let myself out this morning.
As you know, Talbott’s Cove is a ridiculously small town and there’s no chance we can avoid each other. Not that I’d want to avoid you, of course, but I’m not sure I can look at you without thinking of the forty different ways I made a fool of myself.
Instead of avoidance, let’s try to be friends. We’ll forget all about last night…if that’s what you want.
Please burn this note after you read it—
Annette
p.s. I whipped up some cinnamon buns, too. Please enjoy them. I’m not sure why, but I couldn’t get buns out of my mind today.

Kate Canterbary doesn’t have it all figured out, but this is what she knows for sure: spicy-ass salsa and tequila solve most problems, living on the ocean–Pacific or Atlantic–is the closest place to perfection, and writing smart, smutty stories is a better than any amount of chocolate. She started out reporting for an indie arts and entertainment newspaper back when people still read newspapers, and she has been writing and surreptitiously interviewing people—be careful sitting down next to her on an airplane—ever since. Kate lives on the water in New England with Mr. Canterbary and the Little Baby Canterbary, and when she isn’t writing sexy architects, she’s scheduling her days around the region’s best food trucks.
To get in touch with Kate, please email her or find her on Facebook or Twitter.
