Review Policy

First of all, I L.O.V.E. to read – I wouldn’t be doing this if I didn’t.  I am very passionate about the books I enjoy and the authors that write them, indie or published, but regardless my job is to offer my honest opinion.  Period.  I am going to be 100% truthful with my thoughts, even if it’s something that you might not want to hear.  I post my reviews on the blog, GoodReads, Amazon & Barnes & Noble.  To understand how I rate the books I read, please see my rating system.

I not only enjoy reading and reviewing books, I also enjoy doing author spotlights, blog tours, giveaways – you name it, if it promotes reading/books/authors in some way, I am interested in helping in whatever way I can.

My Reviews:

I will never write a review with spoilers in it – or at least I strive not to…each reader has their own basis for what they do and do not consider a “spoiler” so my best judgement is something that I wouldn’t mind knowing before going into a book.  My reviews contain my thoughts, feelings and emotions about the plot, characters and overall take on what we have read.  Everyone has their own style of how they write reviews, but of course I love to include quotes and add embellishments.  My TBR is never ending (not that that’s a bad thing!), and I hate turning down review requests, but depending on the time frame given, it is an unfortunate possibility – but it is not something I enjoy doing.

Genres I Review:

My favorite/preferred genre is romance – I’m a sucker for a love story!  That includes YA, NA, Contemporary, Erotic…if it’s a love story, I’ll probably give it a chance!  That being said, we’ll always consider a review request for any genre, so please feel free to contact us.
